Texas Girls High School Lacrosse League The TGHSLL is the governing body for women's lacrosse teams at the high school level in Texas and Northwest Louisiana. The league is comprised of 50 Varsity programs, and another 6 JV only developing programs. The league includes both public and private schools and has experienced steady growth over the last decade, adding 25 Varsity programs since the 2003 season.
